AAAC Aluminum Conductor
AAAC aluminum alloy conductor is 1% higher than the steel core aluminum stranded wire of the same cross-section, without power loss. It is widely used in overhead power distribution and transmission lines, close to the ocean coastline.
The AAAC-400 wire has a pull-to-weight ratio of 11.67km, which can generally be used on a large-span line of about 1000m.

Application:
Conductor(AAC and ACSR) have been widely used in power transmission lines with various voltage levels,because they have such good characteristics as simple structure,convenient installation and maintenance,low cost large transmission capacity. And they are also suitable for laying across rivers valleys and the places where special geographical features exist.

Product Application
1. Overhead insulated cables with a rated voltage of 1kV and below are suitable for overhead power lines with a rated voltage of 0.6 / 1kv and below, and can be used as fixed laying or lead wires.
2. Overhead insulated cables with a rated voltage of 10kV and below are suitable for overhead transmission lines to transmit electrical energy. 10kV transmission line is the first choice for power grid construction and transformation.

 Steel core aluminum core iron core overhead insulated cables with rated voltage of 10kV and below are suitable for overhead power distribution lines with AC rated voltage of 10kV and below.

a. Duplex Service Drop
         Application: To supply 120 volt aerial service for temporary service at construction sites,outdoor or street lighting . For service at 600 volts or lower at a conductor temperature of 75°C maximum.
  

b. Triplex Service Drop
         Application: To supply power from the utility's lines to the consumer's weatherhead. For service at 600 volt or less (phase to phase) at a conductor temperature of 75°C maximum for polyethylene  insulation 90°C maximum for crosslinked insulation.
 
 
c. Quadruplex Service Drop.
         Application: Used to supply 3 phase power, usually from a polemounted transformer, to the user's service head where connection to the service entrance cable is made.
